Chalgrove Village Hall

When Chalgrove Village Hall needed an upgrade to their AV equipment as part of a larger refurbishment, local company Event Production Services (EPS) were the obvious choice.  With extensive experience in the AV installation sector, EPS provides high quality installations for all markets.

With the hall’s wide-ranging requirement to provide AV services for all kinds of events from presentations to discos and weddings to film nights, a robust, reliable but easy to use solution was required.

EPS specified an audio system comprising Yamaha DXR loudspeakers, drawing from their experience of the cabinets in their Hire & Production department; with control dealt with by a Cloud CX261 zone mixer with RSL6W remote control.  Sennheiser ew100 G4 radio microphone systems were installed for their reliability, and an induction loop driven by an Ampetronic ILD300 ensured the installation met the hall’s needs for inclusion.

An Epson EB-L1000U laser projector, mounted on a Unicol bracket and fed from a Denon DN500BD Blu-Ray player completed the install, which allows for multiple signal formats to be plugged in at several locations around the hall.

EPS Technician (AV Installation & Service) Henry Parr led the training sessions with the customer’s representatives on completion of the project as well as putting together the Operations and Maintenance Manual and received the feedback “Henry was great!” – another satisfied customer.
